In fry pan add oil then add curry leaves, 2 red chillies, 1 cinnamon, 2 clove, 1 tsp zeera.
Then add finely chopped 2 onions and chopped green chillies. add salt.
When Onions become brown add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and cook for 1-2 minutes and then add 4 finely chopped tomatoes. And cook for 5-6 minutes.
add red chilli powder, turmeric, corriander powder, garam masala, At this stage you can add cashew paste also if you like it. and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Now cut 1 large onion in cube size and capsicum and add these. And cook for another 6-7 minutes. When onion and capsicum colour change, add mushrooms (cube size).
Mushroom starts leaving water and takes 3-4 minutes only to cook and then add corriander leaver kasuri methi. Cook for one minute.
Kadai mushroom is ready for you. Best taste with lachha Parantha/Parantha/naan/chapati.
